Naval Research and Development Office (NRDO) as a research agent of Royal Thai Navy and Ernst Com Fiber Co., Ltd. has made the signing ceremony of agreements for capital and joint venture research seaplane prototype project on September 2, 2010.
The project is a seaplane size for 2 seat (special ), domestic development with composite materials, to be used with government and commercial organizations.
