An S-3B ‘Viking” assigned to the "Screwbirds" of Sea Control Squadron Three Three (VS-33) prepares to refuel during flight operations. The “Viking” serves as the in-flight refueling platform for the embarked Carrier Air Wing (CVW-9). Carl Vinson and CVW-9 are currently underway in the Southern Pacific Ocean conducting training missions in preparation for their next scheduled deployment.
